Luis Artoni
Luis Artoni (Argentina 21-05-1980) is a technical director of professional football, graduated in ATFA/FIFA (Argentina) in 2016, with international experience from four continents. His work experience includes 3 years in Mendoza, Argentina (Founder of soccer school), Guinea Bissau, Africa (coach of an amateur team), four year in Istanbul, Turkey (several Football teams and football team for the visually impaired) and in Albania (Football school and national Football team for amputees). He is trained in the work of multicultural teams, qualified to train children, adolescents, youth and adults at a professional level. He also has experience in adapted sports, which gives him flexibility and creativity when teaching.
Luis thinks that football should be taught in a fun way (since it is a game) and with mutual respect (from coach to athletes and vice versa) pointing training to three main areas of work: Technical, physical and mental.
Lulzim Mustafaj
Hello, I am Lulzim Mustafaj. I am 23 years old and I am Luis Artoni’s assistant coach. Like many children in Albania, I grew up playing soccer with my friends and at school, but it’s been a few years now that I’ve been helping as a coach with Luis, training different ages, and this has made me experience soccer as much as possible, to teach children in a more professional and proper way. A way that I myself as a child did not have the opportunity to have, but I have the opportunity now to teach children of different ages.
