About Us

It’s More Than Football

KF Jeta

Started in 2022, KF Jeta is working to build-up the youth of central Albania into healthy men and women who can face the challenges of a changing world!

KF Jeta exists not only to develop young athletes in sports disciplines but to provide a space for children to grow in character that will help them throughout their lives — learning skills such as cooperation, teamwork, problem-solving, and resilience.

KF Jeta provides quality training facilities AND a FIFA-certified trainer.

We have a three-pronged approach to training: physical, technical and mental.

Physical

Growing healthy young people requires input both on the football field AND in the home. During training we focus on improving strength, skills and speed, but strong bodies also require a healthy, balanced diet and adequate sleep for growth and endurance.
Technical Training

Technical

We are first and foremost a team. While we challenge our athletes in their individual technical football skills, only when we work together will the team find success. There is no place for bullying or selfishness. Individual development and learning the value in teamwork will lead to successful relationships later in life.
Mental Training

Mental

Life is full of challenges. As parents and leaders of children and adolescents, our responsibility is to train them to be capable adults who not only survive but thrive in life. Through sport, we can train young people to be capable of making wise decisions in tough times.
